About Braden Eads

I have been on a stage in some form since I was 14.

I sang with the Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square and performed lead roles in stage productions. I studied industrial and organizational psychology, then earned my MBA at the University of Utah. For the last decade I have led customer success teams at fast-growing companies, where I learned the same lesson over and over, in boardrooms and in front of audiences: the work of any organization is human work, and human work runs on connection.

That is the through-line in everything I bring to a stage. Whether I am opening a conference for a Fortune 500 leadership team or closing a youth summit with a song and a story, I am after the same thing. I want the room to leave with their walls a little lower, their courage a little louder, and a clear next step they can actually use on Monday.

I live in Colorado with my wife and our young kids. When I am not speaking or working, I am usually lifting heavy things, walking the dog, or losing to my children at a game they invented thirty seconds ago.

If you are looking for a speaker who will treat your audience like real people and leave them better than he found them, I would love to hear from you.

Why Event Planners Book Braden

Award-winning. Braden won the 2025 People's Choice Award at VoiceQuest LIVE in Denver, a live, audience-judged speaker competition. When the audience decides, he wins.

He moves a room fast. Within the first few minutes, strangers are leaning in. Braden knows how to earn a room's attention and hold it, whether it is a Fortune 500 leadership team or a packed conference hall.

Substance, not just inspiration. His talks are built on organizational psychology and a decade of real business experience, so audiences leave with tools they can use Monday morning, not just a good feeling that fades.

He fits your audience. From sales kickoffs and HR conferences to youth summits and association events, Braden tailors the message so it lands for the people in your seats.

Funny without trying too hard. Braden makes audiences laugh, then sneaks in the takeaway while their guard is down. People leave entertained and changed.

Easy to work with. Braden shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and makes your event run smoothly. Planners rebook him because he makes their job easier. And truly dares you to try and offend him.

How is Braden Eads Different?

· He Has Actually Done the Work ·

Most speakers talk about connection from the outside. Braden spent a decade leading customer success teams, where keeping people engaged was his actual job, not his keynote topic. He brings what worked in the room, not just theory from a book.

· Psychology, Not Platitudes ·

Braden studied industrial and organizational psychology before he ever stepped on a keynote stage. When he explains why a team is disconnected or why trust breaks down, it is grounded in how people actually work, not feel-good generalities.

· A Performer, Not a Presenter ·

Braden sang with the Tabernacle Choir and performed lead roles on stage long before he spoke at conferences. That training shows. He commands a room and uses music, story, and timing in a way most business speakers simply cannot.

· Built for Your Audience ·

Braden does not run the same canned talk everywhere. He learns your audience and your goals first, so a sales team, an HR conference, and a youth summit each get a version built for them.
